HELP NEEDED FOR OLD TITLE

i have a problem backing up my old copy of ridge racer 5.i no its old but my kids love it,because they play it alot,it has become quite damaged.i have tried all cleaning devices,even the ones that are supposed to remove sratches,but they dont seem to work.i have tried all programes that u can use to backup games,but they all stop at 63%.they all say simular stuff like (internal read eror,pxengine unable to read,and so on)so what i am asking is,would there be a programe that can backup badly scratched discs.
