COGSWAPLOADER V1.0 PLEASE HELP!!!!

I burnt cogswaploader v1 onto a memorex cd-r with alcohol 120 at 2x speed, when i put in my swap magic cd and use my slide card to loader cogswap, it makes a loud spinning noise like it is spinning rapidly, a few seconds later, the red border with blue line shows! Please HELP!!

aLL I CAN ADD IS THAT IF YOU BURNED IT TO A CD AND HAVE A NEWER PS2 IT WON'T WORK WITH SWAP DISK. YOU WILL NEW THE DVD VERSION
