i got a slide card but i dont know why but when ever i slide it,it never atatches to anything.like the hood doesnt grab on something that it can hold so i can pull the tray out.please help me cuz i bought this thing cuz i thought it was gonna work and i isnt working for me.

some instruction for u

to open u have to slide right with hook facing right, its only when locking the tray that the hook is used to pull
