Can't load a copied game on my XBox

I copyied the new Larry game on my Xbox. when I tried to load it I got an error saying "that it can only be run from the original disc"

do you guys have any ideas? Do I need a patch or do I Need to decrypt it first?

Is there a decrypting xbox software I could use?
