Help please. I'm unable to browse to select files on my hard drive and I was also unable to burn the copy that i made. what is wrong?

Platinum RF version browse button is funtional and will allow you to browse.
You can't make a copy of a copy.

Try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter .. both are free. Shrink will backup a backup made by XCopy (if you used good media)

Thanks but what I was trying to do is make a copy of the movie that i copy to my hard drive. Also when I try to copy a movie it did not copy why?

You can't do it with Shrink? Is it a downloaded movie? Or a movie you ripped?

If the browse button isn't enabled. You cant navigate to the movie on your hard-drive to copy it.

Can you tell me how I would enable the browse button. and I don't think you understand what I'm saying about the copy I was trying to make. I copy a movie to my hard drive and then I tried to burn the copy to a dvd but nothing came out. It did't copy the movie.

We do understand what you mean. How about you tell use what version your using?

... So that we can tell you that any version up to v4.0.3.8, you cannot use the browse button.

The only version where the browse function works is Platinum 4.0.4.15RF ... RF meaning ripper free.
