my slide card wont grab on anything but i think it would be ok if i like duck tape it to my ps2's tray.like from the bottom of the tray and then pull it out.what do you think?

you use the slide card to move the small white pin from side to side to allow you to pull the tray out

I had trouble getting the hang of it to turned out i had it upside down. I'm guessing you have taken the front plate of the door of the ps2 but make sure the flat side of the slide card is facing up and youur sliding from left to right.
