Using QuEnc 0.54 Get - AVS File is not Outputting error

I have set up as per the DVD ReBuilder.TXT file using QuEnc 0.54, AVISYNTH 2.5, DVD ReBuilder 0.64a, and DGMPGDEC 1012a and once I have Decrypted the movie and after it writes the .D2V files I get an error that says "AVS file is not outputting(Use ConvertToYV12() at end of Script)

Any ideas how to get past this???

Also, I did put DGDecode.DLL in the Plugins directory under AVISYNTH and pointed DVD Rebuilder to this file for the DECODE. And I pointed DVD Rebuilder to the QuEnc.EXE file also.
