Okay, maybe it's not exotic but it is weird:

I can copy CDs with my two drives from my administrator account on Winxp with no problem. I installed Nero Burn Rights, so that my dad could burn from his limited account, which worked for a while.
Something happened and now when my dad tries to copy a disc from another, Nero refuses to read the disc and says that it cannot confirm the SCSI/ATAPI device to the corresponding drive letter and that it either:
---Is a drive that doesn't support .cda reading
---doesn't have the correct SCSI/ATAPI drivers

This only happens in his account, mine burns on the fly just fine.

Things I have tried so far:
--Uninstalling and Reinstalling Nero
--System Restore back to before it was busted
--looking for SCSI/ATAPI drivers(couldn't find them)
--Searching for anyone having a similar problem(nobody!)

If anyone can shed light on this, I'd really really appreciate it.
