I just ordered and recieved 2 hd loaders and 3 hd advanced from www.consolesource.com. Very good ordering system and u can track your order. They accept paypal and shipment was to my door in 3 days.

Well it has a larger TOC apparently, which means it is compatible with newer releases such as : San Andreas, Underground 2 etc.
