How do I make a DVD compilation?

I want to make a DVD compilation but don't know how. I have Clone DVD, DVD Copy X Express, Nero 6 and DVD Decrypter. With Clone DVD, you can itemise chapters/bits of DVD's and copy them. The trouble is, I seem to only be able to write them (Video TS Files) one at a time. How can I combine them (a combination of DVD Clips) and burn them all onto one DVD-R? I want to make music compilation DVD's.
