Does anybody know how to fix this problem when trying to back up a dvd?

MissingFile:\VIDEO_TS\\VTS_02_0.IFO

I am using DVDXCopy Xpress with a Sony dual layered +rw. Never had a problem like this before. It happens just as I start the reading process.
