As the topic states.

I DONT care about downsampling the movies to fit on a CD or something, thats not what im conscerned about. I want to be able to rip them in order to encode them on my PC. Problem is, PSS Plex is the only ripper I know of, and it only works on PSS files. Very few games use the PSS format anymore for some reason, making this tool almost all but useless for about 90% of the games out there, are there any others? Considering how powerful a ripping tool was made for the PS1, im surprised nobody is making any for the PS2.
