Hi,
I downloaded a dvd-rip file and tried to play it back. Picturewise it's great but the sound was very low.I tried Gspot and it came back to say everything was in oredr. I downloaded a few updated audio codecs but have now ran into a major proble. I can't get any video file to play in Realplayer. It displays the warning that it can't play and asks the question if I want Microsoft notified. Even when opening my drive and double clicking on any video file it also closes. Unfortunately, after getting a trojan last night I turned off my system restore and can't go back any earlier than this morning.I use Main concept as my converter and when I load any fiel into it it also displays the same error message and also closes. Any clues as to what to do? I tried uninstalling/reinstalling realplayer but that didn't work, so I'm out of ideas. Thanks in advance,
