I'd like to know how to burn my captured movies that I captured with tv wonder pro and burn them to a dvd, so I can have the movie on dvd rather than video tape. I can capture in mpeg 1 and 2 and others. What format would be best?

You will want to go with MPEG 2. I usually save them in that format and then run the files through DVD Santa before I burn them. If you save them in DVD format, you can burn them in the Santa, or use some other program that allows the creation of some really cool menus, such as dvd lab or tmgnec DVD Author.
