question on the media that a duel layer rec drive can rec on. Does any one know if a Dual Layer DVD rec'er. can record on a disc that has duel layers on both sids aka a DVD-18 disc

dvd-18 is the same as dvd9...except you can write on both sides. and arent the dvd18s like a billion dollars each still? and the dvd9s like $10? and the dvd5s are currently around 25 cents?
