dvd shrink I put a movie in and i notice when it starts I read the movie isn't encrypted how do I fix it so I can burn it

If I read your post right, the movie isn't encrypted. No need to use Shrink, just open and disc copy program you have. Insert ther original, click copy disc, let it copy to the HD, insert a blank when it tells you to and you are done.

Yes Nero will work just fine. Open the dvd video section, then click the disc copy feature there.
