After reading through about 2 million threads...and all the hidden posts in the bowls of afterdawn :).

I had a few questions. I'm in the process of purchasing a top flip for my PS2. 8 screws (version 6).

But before I do that...I wanted to know if Gameshark will work better than the swap magic disks. I can use the slide card before I purchase the flip top just to see if it will work.

Also i wanted to know if Gameshark will work with DVD's and CDRs when i do the slide trick with the ps2?

If game shark will allow me to do the swap trick and play dvdr's and cdr's, then i wont bother with swap magic 3.0 etc...

YES gameshark version 2 works with both CD-R and DVD-r, check http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/15105 for info about Gameshark
