You guys must be all paranoid. There is lots of places on the internet to download movies legally. I was trying to find the best place on the internet to do this while on dial up. My question was "Does anybody know a site to download movies that won't take 3 days on a dial up?" Nothing about illegal downloads.
Hi richsale, We try to keep this forum clean and free of ALL Piracy. Sorry if you got some problem about movie downloads. Yes there are good sites for LEGAL downloads, however with a 56k dialup (actually 53k) it will take forever to download a movie of any length. The site location isn't going to make much difference on time. Its all up to your computer modem and how good your ISP's network is.

The proper way to arrive some place new is just to say something like,

(and then I would have said,) The 2 best ways to get bootleg movies, copies of movies not released yet OR pirate DVD's would be to use mIRC ORBit Torrent. Your connection is what has you hamstrung, either upgrade to a DSL or a designated line where you can be hooked up 24/7. There aren't any sites that can somehow magically make a download ignore all the laws of physics and leap into your PC. (Would though I could figure out how to do it, I'd be matching Bill Gates for who was the richest man on earth. Lol)
