besides the fact its too bad this awesome technology has so many problems with it, here's the specs:

windows xp, d-link modem, azureus.
speed - about 20K

while ive set up port forwarding on my modem (6881-6999) and added a range of exceptions to my windows sp 2 firewall, when i type in netstat -a in command prompt, i notice none of the connections are even using the ranges i specified. one round it was 3900-4300, now its 2200-2400. how can i get my computer to use the ports that i want?
