My son and I have Sanyo DWM-400 dvd players. On some of the movies that were burned all we can hear is the editors cut. When they are tried on other players they work fine. Any suggestions?

This might sound simplistic but can you just change the settings on the movies where you get the director's cut to normal sound? You can strip the director's cut audio before encoding ....?

I need DVD copying for Dummies book,lol. I guess I could do that if I knew how. I use DVD Shrink, how do I tell what is the directors cut audio. Thank you
