Good evening,
I've been using DVD Xcopy Platinum for about a year w/ my Sony 530A. Well, it just died on me the other day and I went out and and they exchanged it for the new Sony 710A. After I installed it, Xcopy seemed to pick it up right away and read the dvd successfully however, when I put in the blank dvd after about 15-20 seconds it fails and kicks out the tray. Is there anything else I need to do when replacing burners? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
