Hi all, just had a question. I have an older model ps2 with old neo 2.2 chip and I use gameshark 2 as swap disc. For some odd reason, recent downloaded dvd rip games are not getting passed the black screen. I have tried burning NBA Live 2k5 (dvd rip) and other such dvd rip releases with both nero and alcohol, still no success. The weird thing is, i popped in older games such as nba 2k4, or midnight club 2, and it loads up fine...any suggestions?

maybe you got some bad rips, have you tried booting them in a friends modded ps2 to see if they will load
