It been sometine since I have ripped w/DVD Copy Express, in the past the program had worked excellent. Lately, after I have completed step one, the program is not recognizing the blank dvd disk in step 2, the program is being held up and after I insert the disk. How can I confirm if this is a program error or an error with my HP 300E writer. The writer seems to be working. Any suggestions as to how I can confirm if this is an error with the writer or the program would be greatly appreciated...Thanks...
