Hey,
Im looking into modding my xbox and i am looking for some help. I already use swap magic with my ps2 as its the best option for me. I understand with xbox that you can either backup games to a larger installed hdd, or copy them to dvd. I will backup my games to dvd.
Hres where i need help guys, I am firstly looking for a no solder mod- for the easy install, but are there any mod chips which you dont have to switch of to play xbox live. i.e ones where i can use my backup games on-line? or will i have to switch it of and use the original?

p.s any suggestions for a easy to install (no solder) chips that a noob could use?

I believe the new Exn Ice chip can be disabled. Not sure thought. You can d/l a program that can play online with the chip on. Go to xbox-scene.com and look around.
