lol, yeah he is, but that's only because decades ago when the U.S. cut off trade with Cuba, the razor supply dried up. hence, then the trademark beard and...umm...i'm sure more body fur. alas, he doesn't quite qualify, gorilla-looking as he may be. you're borderline, however ;-)
