Mount Rainier formatted CD-RW

Backed up data, photos etc to CR-RW in Mount Rainier format from old (now unavailable)PC (LiteOn CR-RW drive). Can't open these discs on new PC (Gateway DVD+/-R/RW) as Mount Rainier is unchecked. Used Nero's Info Tool to confirm this. Tried downloading InCD v4.3.0.5 from this site and it didn't enable.
Can anyone help?
