how can u find out the xbox's ip or assign it or wuteva, im usin a router and my MAIN comp is 192.168.2.2, and my 1 other comp has 2 (192.168.2.3, 192.168.2.4) does that mean my xbox will be 192.168.2.5 or sumtin

well if your router is on dhcp and you are allowing dhcp from the xbox then it will get a IP address, however I dont know what it will get. turn it on and see. I would turn off dhcp on the xbox and put in a static IP address, so it doesnt change.

well if you have evox on there you have to go into the settings it should be the first thing listed. Also you can check by going into your routers settings and seeing who is all connected. Depending on what router allows this... I think mined show up as blank, and it just had an IP address. Your best off just setting it up yourself thought, it takes just a few minutes.

make your xbox IP address to 192.168.2.5, make your subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and your default gatway to 192.168.2.1 <<this address should be your router address!!!! I am just assuming thats it. then save the information and restart now you can ftp into that address.
