I think I found my problem.. I loaded VC with a TOC smaller than it and I got the disc screen I was haunted by before.. Now I need to know what game is bigger than San Andreas (the backup copy found on internet).
If it helps I own these games:
The Getaway, Hardware Online Areana, Manhunt, SOCOM, Syphon Filter Omega Strain, The Sims Bustin Out, Driv3r, Burnout2, Spongebob Squarepants (dont ask!), Jurassic Park operation Genesis, GTA3, GTAVC.
All originals. Thanks.

Couldn't get cogswap working at all, so I'm doing it with AR2.
I tried loading my true crime by using Manhunt, but just got a black screen after the ARF2 screen disappeared.
Yeah, forgot to add true crime to my inital list.

GTA3 is now the best TOC, still not good enough for SA though.

If I took, say some AUDIO (e.g. the radio) from the ISO and burn it, will San Andreas still run, just without the radio?
If so, I could do that just for the sake of lowering the data amount so GTA3 can boot it.

I burnt the ISO directly to a disc with Alcohol 120, the discs are Verbitam DVD+R, but I'm out of them. Only have one TDK DVD-R Data/Video disc left.
Should I try deleting a file or two, or is there a full proof way for me to burn?

This PS2 isn't even three days old. My old one broke down weeks ago, and I brought this one a few days ago.

Hi, I successfully booted San Andreas (alcohol rip) with Final Fantasy X, and it did not work with GTA 3
I know you dont have FFX, but I Hope this helps you anyway, just to know that booting San Andreas is possible!

You should have no problems with using GTA3 or Vice City since both have a max TOC of 4.37gigs.
GTA San Andreas only has a TOC of 4.19gigs!
SA should work perfect with one of those games.
If it doesnt then you need to try different media.
