~another attempt to convince myself to finally purchase hd advance~

Will hd advance 2.0 load back up games to the hard drive?
Do you need swapmagic or a modchip?

I am using hd advance and a flip top lid....... no mod chip and I can save burned games to my hd , then play them................. now if someone could just tell me how to d/l new socom maps to non $ony hd I'll be EXTREMELY HAPPY

The original HD Loader also loaded backed up games to my hd. with a mod chip and using swap magic. Are you guys saying that the hd loader didnt do this?

Well I'm in a similar situation with purchasing hd advance 2.0 but from what I've read you can just transfer the isos of your backed up games on the pc. I hope that helps.

Real1's post said he uses hd advance and a flip top but says nothing about swap magic...

So would HD advance and a slide card be enough to save burned games to my hd?

Yes... But the slide card is a real pain... With a fliptop and an original ps2 cd/dvd to swap for TOC, it's a breeze...
