What exactly is this used for ?
How do you install it and do you need swap disks/modchip
Links to versions of it (if there are more then one IE DVD,CD and FONT MOD)

Is there any difference/ a better reason to use this over say cog swap loader, cd loader or anything else like that???

Just wanted to get some things cleared up for me :)
