HDLoader Blue Border after changing Mode

All my games booted fine on my Maxtor hdd, until I came to one game which needed to be booted in Mode 3. I changed the mode and it booted fine, however, now my other games boot with blue borders on the left and right and I get a black screen after it says "Loading" The blue borders remain, and the screen doesn't change. I also changed the Mode back to disabled for the games that don't need it, but it keeps happening. What can I change to fix this?
