Hi I recently added an ATI TV Wonder Pro remote to my system so I could capture my wedding video from vhs-c to my hard drive. I did this and everything works great until I tried added these mpeg-2 files to TMPGEnc DVD Author and was told the bit rate was too high at around 11000 and should be no more than 9848 to make a complient dvd. My video is 9800 and audio a little over 1500. Is there a way to lower the bitrate so I can finally burn this to DVD? I am very new to this as this is my first project. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
