when i play gta san adreas on my pal console it comes out black and white can anyone tell me what 2 do?

you are probably using the NTSC version of the game that was available on the net.. thats the difference between NTSC and PAL.. their colours don't work the same for TVs..

I have never tried any PAL<->NTSC or NTSC<->PAL convertors and I have no idea if they work.. but I guess you could try that. Has to do with the TV..

check if your tv supports the NTSC tv signal and if does then cannge the mode to either NTSC or auto if not then you will nost likely have to patch the game with an NTSC to PAL patch

haha i know, im just bored at work..

If your tv doesn't support NTSC.. you might be able to buy a NTSC to PAL convertor box which is an external device to convert the signal between your PS2 and TV.. you'd have to search for that one though
