I have two PS2 and one of them is very old(virsion 3)
One day I just fell like playing with my ps2 so i pop the disk tray out and put in a DVD game.....and then it say DDR( disk read error) what is it mean by that and what does it do to the ps2?

you mean DRE.
1. your disc is scratched or dirty
2. your ps2 laser lens is dirty
3. your ps2 laser is going bad

I clean my lence every friday. And the game is very clean. So the only thing that can happen to my ps2 is My lence go BAD? What can i do to fix this mess?

if it's the lens, you might want to try buying a new one e if it's not got it's warranty any more.
If you're totally stumped, ring up sony, and they'll arrange a replament for you .. of course you'll have to pay if the warranty's gone.

I guess if you have no warranty anyway, you could also just get the thing open, check all the cables are nice and tight, and use some sort of alchoholic cleaning solution on a cotton bud on the laser lens.
