Apparently, most xbox acessories have been discontinued. I can't even get a memory card any more. Luckily, I found this thing called "Xploder". It's pretty much the same thing as ActionReplay. I softmodded earlier today. Everything works fine, but I'm still having some troubles else where. See my new thread for details on my problem.

how would i be able to find out if my xbox was a v.1.6 or not and to tell you straight up i am a great player but still cant figure out how to mod my xbox so for any bridge modders if i cant mod for myself please help me my gamertag is psyconaut134.

Mrdanny: Only the very first one will work, all it will say is 'Splinter Cell', and no other subtitles.

Thanks Tiki, but i meant, mech assault needs a certain version, does Splinter Cell(original I know) need one. Or can i just buy a non 'Classics' version of it.

Help Question? ... I have gone by the instructions that I have found here with both MA and SC and both get a green frag screen with 21 at the top right after I try to run Linux ... what am I doing wrong ... ??? ... I have a v1.6

to remove a softmod you run the game you modded it with and then load the saved profile again. it should have an uninstall option but depends on what softmod package you used
just a note Splinter Cell Platnium Hits worked for my softmod

Do you know how to connect to your xbox by ftp? Everything you need is available on xbins. Google it
