I posted here about a month or so back about how much trouble I was having with WinMX and every other file sharing agent. Well, since then, I now have Road Runner for my internet and haven't had a problem. Before I was using my local phone company for my internet service (DSL). So if there's still people out there who have exhausted every other avenue (like I did), I'd suggest either calling your ISP or getting a different provider or something.
