X Men Legends not working

Hey Yall, I need some serious help, ive been downloading this X men legends game on ps2 for about a week now and when it finally downloads and I put it onto a dvd disc it comes up with the ps2 sign, the screen goes blank for a few mintues, it comes up with the X men legends loading sign and then it says theres something wrong with the disc and it maybe dirty or damaged! I've got a dvd-rewriter and a brand new chipped ps2 which is working fine. Someone plzz help me out. P.S im kinda new to this stuff so dont laugh!

Laugh, why dont you buy the game like everyone else? Downloading games is a risky business and you probably got a bad image.
