First you need

hdloader
network adaptor
ide internal hard drive

you install the hard drive connect it to the network adaptor, run the network adaptor to your pc and connect the 2...

Put the hdloader disc into the ps2 and let it do the work and then once connected (pc and ps2) you use a program transfer the games from the pc to the ps2?

Is this correct?

Also transferring iso images will work as well correct???

That is all I do?

You either need to buy HDLoader or have a way to boot a backup of HDLoader.

I have swap magic that isnt a problem, but is that how you do it????

Also do I just transfer iso images to the hard drive and it will automatically play it?

Also it says you cant put backups onto your hard drive with hdloader, this is what the network adaptor is for right??? To bypass that and transfer it right to your hard drive.

Simplest. Put the drive in your PC, download WinHIIP, and use it to load backups to the drive.

Ok sorry to bumbard you with questions (im a newbie)

1.I put the hard drive into my pc
2.run winHIIP
3.Dump the iso files of the games I want on the hard drive into the ps2 hard drive selected
4.Put hard drive back into the ps2, put the network adaptor into the back.
5.load hdloader
6.vloah!?

Thats it.

If you want to put HDLoader on your mem card and boot it up using a PS1 game...
