I can't decrypt Kill Bill Chapter 2.

I have used Smart Ripper and it freezes at approximately 413 Kb, DVD Shrink has an error and DVD Decryper stops at approx 417 Kb. All on the 01_1.vob.

I can rip all of the other vob files but not the first file.

I even tried on two copies of the disk, thinking that the first one was damaged but both of them stopped at the same place. Is there a work around for this?
