Hi,
I am thinking about getting a hd loader for my ps2. I just found out that the company that created it, is being sued by sony. Here are my questions:
1. Where can i find the hd loader software (i dont really want to do ebay because i have gotten ripped of there so many times)
2. If this company goes out of buisness then doesnt that mean sony could easily make the games un-backupable with the hdloader software because the company wouldn't be there to provide updates?

When i get those questions answered then I will decide if I want to get a hd loader (i think it would be cool to have that, faster loading times, and no worrying about destoying the good copy of your games ;-)
