Alright. I'm not dense. I can understand mostly everything if its broken down step by step or in computer terms. I downloaded this firewall bypass program called hopster (since I'm at a university), which works well so I can use mirc, but it doesn't go fast at all. I was wondering if anyone knew some alternative bypass program or method that I could use so I could have faster downloads and possibly use bittorrent if the bypass program works.

no - your bypassing, its not gonna go fast dude....

the ports and shit are still blocked, so you can't download fast anyway
