Is it possible to transfer game saves from PC > PS2 via a USB pen, if so how?

Action Replay Max makes a flash drive you can use to transfer game saves. Or you can find an old X-port/Sharkport. Its just a usb cord you connect your PC to your PS2 but the ARMax drive is a little more handy.

i tried this and it can even recognize that a device is connected to the USB port.
