TMPGenc problem!!!

hey... i had the 30 day trial of tmpgenc, and it worked fine... but when i got the full version, i try to convert and i get this error:
Read error occurred at address 00012F40 of module "TMPGenc.exe" with 20656850
i already changed the enviornmental DirectShow Multimedia settings.
I understand that i can use virtualdub, but i didnt thinkt hat i would have this problem with all my files??
does any1 know what it may be?

I believe that windows is having a problem with the TMPGEnc .exe file. Maybe try and reinstall software.

i got a crack, and everytime i crack it, thats when the problem happens, but if i get the trial, version it owrks fine

Currently im using version 2.59.47.155, C.Version 1.92.142. You'll findit easy. Should work a dream.
