Problems with DVD2AVI!!!

I recently noticed that when previewing the ripped dvd that whenever there is a fast motion in the movie, there is a blur and then black lines going through that item. I figured out away to fix the problem; force film. But when i force film the audio is out of synch with the video. I have tried everything to fix it.

ratio: 4:3
type: Film97%
fps: 29.97
progressive
Please help!!!

Try to use IVTC (Inverse Telecine) instead (in VDub if encoding to DivX or in TMPGEnc if encoding to MPEG-1), it should help you.
