is consolepoint.com a trust worthy site? I want to get HD Advance 2.0, but can it play back ups just like version 1.0?

i got HD Advance in the mail today from consolepoint.com, havent used it yet cuz im waiting for my HD, but they had fast shipping. But he told me since the price dropped from 26.99 to 23.99 that the shipping will take longer due to he changed the type of shipping. If you are interested in the HD Advance PM me I might be able to work u out a deal.
