is it possible to make a high toc disc and why cant a back up be used when it has basically the same files on it..

umm im assuming u need a high toc disk to use for swap method...boot disks must be originally pressed not burned...dont ask me why im not a comp wiz...but thats how it is...i guess it reads them a certain way and loads the high TOC onto the ps2 ram...
