gta san andreas error reading san andreas

i burned san andreas and everything works fine . while playing it 5 minutes into game it starts going blank and saying error reading san andreas and then it goes back to the game and it keeps going back and forth doing this. does anybody know what i did wrong?

My original game did the same thing today. I wiped a fingerprint off, and it worked.
