I recently decided to try and setup a bot on IRC (as many channels say you get benefits such as not having to wait in as long of a line) but, I can't seem to get it to work . I am currently using InfoBloot 1.03 Beta (the site says 1.04 is out but, i can't find where to d/l it from.)

Can anyone help me/ recommend a bot for IRC?
