HD Loader User Confused about GTA: SA

Can you just install San Andreas on your HD Loader, because some people are saying it doesnt work and others are saying it works fine.

If it is a dual-layer disc it will not properly install. I have heard of a single-layer rip of the game floating around the Internet that will properly install.
