How to I output captured videos BACK to my TV / VCR?

Howdy, folks!

There are plenty of "Digital VCR" programs out there, as well as thousands of freeware capture utilities, but I'm having a hell of a time finding out how to reroute captured data BACK to my VCR from my computer.

I have a Dell Movie Studio Plus, with composite out, but so far the only way I've found to output to my TV or VCR is to use the Roxio VideoWave Movie Creator, which kinda sucks.

The problem isn't that I'm coming across programs that don't support my Movie Studio Plus, the problem is finding programs that output to TV *at all*.

Any tips for a weary noob?
